The frequency of carpet cleaning depends on several factors, such as the number of people, pets, and smokers in your home and the amount of foot traffic. Generally, it’s best to clean your carpets every six months.

Professional carpet cleaning usually takes about 30 minutes for each room. However, the actual time can change depending on the room size, the amount of furniture that needs to be moved, and the number of tough stains on the carpet.

Some stains come from substances that may permanently damage or discolour the carpet fibres. Additionally, the age and type of carpet can affect the success of the stain removal process.

The machines effectively remove 95% of the wetness following the cleaning process. While the drying time may extend up to four hours, it is typically completed within 1-2 hours, depending on the ambient temperature and the adequacy of airflow provided by opening windows.
